Crispi summit gtx heel?

So I have about 30miles on my new boots not sure if that’s enough time for break in or not. But where ther rubber rand comes up in the back it’s stitched to the leather well the stitching rubs right on the point of my heel. Doesn’t really hurt just super annoying. So anyone else feel this? Have I given my boots enough time to break into my feet or vice vers? Maybe new insoles to raise or lower my heel? Any advice?

I don't have the summits but in other brands I have played around with different insoles and sock combos. A lot of times I run a thicker (more dense) wool sock that helps compensate the boots contours. Good luck!
