Crispi crossover

Have been wearing a pair of these for the last couple weeks, great boot. Just noticed the vibram sole tag (little yellow one) is black on this pair? Of all the boots I have owned the vibram is always yellow? Noticed some pics of yellow tag on the web. Does the black mean anything?
