Hey everyone, not to continue to plug myself but i got some good feedback on my last video I posted in here (Leg Day for hunting) so I figured I'd share this one as well.
A lot of people neglect the core. But focusing on it at least once a week has helped me a ton not just hiking with a heavy backpack but also hauling around treestands as well as packing out animals.
Working out the low back (also part of your core) is also very slept on. I remember being bent over for awhile quartering animals in the field and it would always flare up. I did these back extensions consistently over the past year and couldn't believe i never had those flare ups at all while quartering up and de-boning my elk in Colorado this year.
Let me know what you all think! Thanks!
