Compound Bow Release Aids- THE HINGE - YouTube
This is video 3 out 4 in our Rokslide series about Release aids. I will link video's 1 and 2 below. In this clip we will go over a few of the common ways to execute a shot with a hinge style releae aid. Sometimes called a back tension release. We do our demonstration with the use of a string bow for safety and I will link a video about how to build a string bow below as well.
A tension release as well as a hinge release can help teach an archer how to properly aim and execute a push, pull style shot. From a consistency stand point this is a great way to learn how to shoot a compound bow.
