Skb. I'm using mine right now flying to hunt whitetails. Everyone I know that has one has never been disappointed. Mine is an older double model (been on lots of plane rides) l often fill it to 50lbs with other hunting equipment. The only thing I would change is molded holes for additional locks my current model only has locking handles.
I got a big skb double for an overseas trip where I wanted to carry a spare bow. It is super solid. With two bows, arrows and a few odds and ends it was just under 50 pounds. For most trips within state I do not use a case...I just put a sling that covers cams and strings and put it in the truck cab.
Third on the SKB. I bought mine 10 years ago and it still looks and functions as new. They're bulky and pricey, but its cheaper than having a damaged bow when you get to you hunting grounds.
