Notice you have to have a habitat stamp before you can apply this year or they "disqualify" you from drawing. That would suck.

Ok don't mean to hijack the thread but I'm considering applying for deer and the way I understand is that you pay 325 and if you don't get drawn you get refunded 300 and they keep 25 for a point or am I missing something?

Correct. They will mail you a refund check for everything but the point fee.

If you had a tag last year (hunting or fishing) you are not dinged the $25 just $3 for application.

I was thinking the same as gotllamas. But you also have the $10 habitat stamp. So minimum $13 if you had a tag last year, $38 if you didn't.

I just did a pp and checked the OTC archery tag instead of getting a refund. Does that mean they will charge me an extra$25 later?
