Colorado - "Local Government Land"

I got invited to go on a Mule Deer private land hunt in Colorado and was checking out the property on maps. I noticed the adjoining property on maps says its "Government Land" and the manager is "Local". Is that huntable public land in Colorado?

Usually not. They're typically water district property or local city/county. The only one I'm aware of that allows hunting requires a separate draw to hunt the property.
