Colorado Elk Preference point help

I posted a question on hunting 201 and possibility with 26 pts as resident for muzzleloader. To "35Whelen Al," am i not allowed to move from Idaho to Colorado? Is this site not to ask questions of others that may have hunted to the area and have information? If all you are going to do is pick at people for asking questions why bother responding. Thanks ElDiablito for 61 suggestion and not bitching about me asking a question. 35WheelenAl, go scout for cow elk spots.
