Colorado is no doubt screwed up in a lot of ways... But correct me if I'm wrong, don't all other western states charge nearly ten times the price for non resident licenses?

I am not convinced the shift from CDOW to CPW in any way will ever benefit the W.

I am not convinced the shift from CDOW to CPW in any way will ever benefit the W.

Ideally HUNTING licence fees stay with wildlife and access and not subsidizing fisheries (charge more for that license if needed) and definitely not state parks (charge more for those as needed). Don't expect hunters to subsidize fish/parks...

I understand that. I was being a bit cynical That said, driving on 70 during the second season through the pass was awful. As bad as I have ever seen. Cars flying off the highway. Pickup truck flipped over in front of me. The DOT was scraping the top of the ice with their plow trucks. Might as well use Zamboni's.

Look, I'm just posting the facts....without complaining I might add.

The fact is non resident hunters encounter many negative comments from residents when hunting in the different western states, essentially "Non residents go home"....I've seen it many times. If non residents did actually boycott buying licenses and tags in the different western states.....those F&G Depts would be broke.

Now we all know that's ^ not going to happen...so no reason to get but hurt about it...
