CO 54 2nd season

I drew a 54 2nd season tag and was wondering if anyone here has any experience in the unit that time of year? All my other 2nd season tags in other units I have packed into timberline (10-12,000 feet), just wondering if the high country in 54 holds the bucks until large snows hit or if they move out a little earlier.

I hunt in a unit near there, they will still be up high but starting to transition to lower areas. I have seen good bucks high and low that time of year.
