Classic Sling Options?

I probably romanticize hunting a bit... especially considering the depths of my pockets! Hunting in africa from a fancy train like in Peterson's Hunting rag is probably going to be beyond me forever. BUT! I did hop on one of the first produciton runs of the FN-made winchester model 70 featherweight in 270win: a deluxe model with upgraded wood and a high polish. I added leupold dual dovetail bases and rings in high polish as well and it just makes me think of good old Jack O'Connor. I'm in the process of installing steel pillars (so I can disassemble and reassemble for travel without affecting accuracy) and some supergrade swivel mounts with (maybe) NECG american sling loops.

While all that's in progress: I'm looking for a nice classic sling to add to it. I am a hobbyist leatherworker (sewing but not for stamping: that there is more of an art to me) and can make it provided there is some inspiration. Which is where you guys come in: Can you help me find an interesting classic sling to buy or make?

Some things i'm liking now:

Double J Saddlery Handtooled Leather (kind of liking the hair-on look and the thumbhole)

Here's 2 that I made myself...this one you adjust with a belt buckle.20210417_182116.jpg
This one so far is my favorite you can adjust it with the different slots.

Another vote for the Montana sling, simple but perfect for a hunting rifle IMHO.

You can’t tell us how pretty the rifle is and not post a pic! Let’s see it!
SOOOOOON! Let me just fix the sling loop install first: made a mistake which is why i'm switching from an old set of dakota arms swivels to the wider (e.g. cover my mistakes) Win70 deluxe swivels by talley.

Back on the topic I'm really thinking that thumbhole sling is going to be the ticket but I want to make it myself with the edge lacing. Gotta think about the attachment and adjustment methods: lacing at the foreend and buckle adjust at the butt end, maybe.
