Chugach sizing?

Looking at buying a set of kuiu chugach rain gear and having a hard time deciding on the size. I'm 6'4 240lbs with an athletic build. I have a pair of attack pants in 38 and they fit pretty well. Would the XL chugach pants be big enough if layering underneath? I've tried on an XL guide jacket and felt like Chris Farley, so I know I'll need at least a 2XL and possibly a 3XL if I have insulation on. Any information on the sizing is greatly appreciated.

The Chugach are sized up for layering automatically, so you would buy the size that you would in a normal jacket. If you would take an XXL in the Guide Jacket, you probably would want an XXL in the Chugach as well. Keep in mind, that when not layering, the Chugach will be fairly roomy. For reference, I'm 6'1" 210, and I wear an XL in both.

I'm 6'1", 200 lbs for reference. I have a guide jacket in XL and it is smaller than my Chugach NX in L. The Chugach in cut way bigger than the guide.

Buy your normal jacket size that you normally wear

I'm frustrated that they apparently don't make a small for the Chugach.
