Like new Ridgeline Titanium 300 win mag, Mesa Precision bedded the Altitude stock. It weighs 5.7lbs, in perfect condition. CA installed a new barrel this spring (see factory test targets). Round count is 60, did the break-in per Christensen instructions using Barnes CR-10. Includes Xtreme Hardcore 20moa rail. Also have the original stock if wanted. Selling to fund a PRC project. $2750 shipped.

I inherited a bunch of reloading equipment, going to build a PRC for my main hunting rig.

Gotcha. I apologize I read everything but your last sentence. I too just built a PRC last year. I’m sure you’ll like it.

The original barrel didn't shoot under a minute. It was very close, I actually give CA customer service props for doing the replacement! I was super impressed working with them!

Nice rifle. How’s the recoil on that light of a rifle? Brake must work well. What’s it got for a pad?
I’ve got a 300WM Browning A Bolt medallion from the early 90s with walnut stock with the BOSS ‘brake’. Shoots softer than my Tikka 308, but it’s probably twice as heavy as your rifle.

Recoil isn't bad at all (with brake), did 30rds in one range trip while breaking it in no problem. Even without the break it's tolerable. It has the 1" Pachmayr Decelerator Pad.

Why was the barrel replaced and will CA still warranty the action/barrel? Was the test targets done before or after the stock replacement? How is the rifle grouping with different factory loads? What does it like?

See above thread about the barrel. Yes, everything is covered still under warranty. The test target was done with the original stock, which I still have. Not sure what it likes, I didn't have much on hand and finding anything here in Colorado has been next to impossible. All I ran through it were 3 boxes of Federal non-typical 180 grain. Seemed to do okay, all around a minute. I was told they like heavier Eldx, also180 Barnes and Accubonds.
