Chassis for new build

I'm looking to start my first hunting rifle build using a prefit barrel. Since this is my first attempt I want to make it somewhat of a "budget build" and have been thinking of using an MDT XLS for the chassis. I'm looking to use a rem 700 magnum action anx buold a 300 win mag. What are the thoughts of the XRS as a hunting stock? Anything else you can recomend in this proce range? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have considered the KRG Bravo, but I have been having trouble finding it for a long action here in Canada. I may see if I can get it delivered from a U.S. seller.
