Chassis Change: 7 remmag action w/ Browning Chassis

I have a Browning X-bolt Max Long Range in 6.5 that I love shooting because of how comfortable the chassis is. I have acquired a Bergara Ridge in 7mag that I would like to use regularly, but don’t like the stock as much.
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to see if it’s feasible to switch out the stock, and if so, am I able to do it myself? I have a lot of experience with semi automatic rifles but little to none with bolt actions.

Bergara is a rem 700 pattern action so you should have tons of options. You should verify that it plays nice with aics pattern mags which is what most chassis systems would utilize. Id be surprised if it doesn't.
