Change Stock Inletting (Weatherby 6-Lug to 9-Lug)? Possible?

I have a line on a very nice stock, but it has been inletted for a 6-lug Weatherby, and I have a 9-lug Weatherby Magnum.

Is it possible to change/re-mill the inletting to accommodate the (larger) 9-Lug receiver?

Just a follow-up. I contacted McMillian and this is not something they would even consider doing.

Oh well.
