Can you replace belt?

I was wondering if I bought a used kifaru that had a medium belt on it, is it possible to take it off and put a small one on? Is it easy, difficult or is it impossible?

Absolutely you can. Super easy to do, too. Check out KifaruCast on YouTube to find a video walking you through the simple process.

Yep! Just undo the shoulder straps, pop off the two little velcro straps on the backside of the frame that hold on the lumbar pad, undo the delta straps on the belt, slide the old belt off (then put it on the classifieds for almost as much as a new belt costs) slide the new one on and reverse the process.
