Camofire in the bin?

Anyone else having bad experiences lately with them?
Please note, I DO NOT want to bash them. Just having a lot of issues with them and very poor customer service for the past 7 days, and curious if it's becoming a theme and others have noticed as well? I have never any issues in the past but my last order was pre-pandemic.

I was about to pull the trigger on some more products and puffys from Blackovis but as of now, would never buy from them again.

I just bought something the other day and it took 12 days to get a tracking number from Camofire. Blackovis CS has always been good the few times I had an issue. Maybe all the employees are all out hunting
