Camera rain cover?

I have recently accuired a Nikon D3200 to capture my experiences in the bush. I heavily peruse waterfowl and blacktail in the PNW so I know rain. So to all you photographers, what are you doing to keep your gear dry in the rain while you are shooting. Have any of you tried outex.com looks pretty neat but costly. DIY plastic bag?

Well, I went with Pentax for my DSLR for weather protection. However, for you, I have read that a bread bag is a simple solution. Get a good waterproof bag for transportation and then pull it out with the plastic bag when you are ready to shoot.
