It’s been said and said, but I think these guys deserve the praise. I’m fairly new to rokslide so was a little unaware of Camera Land. I was on the search for a tripod setup on a limited budget and saw there name get thrown around. I figured what the heck, I’ll give them a call. Next thing I know, Joel has me on hold while he finds a random tripod they’d sold the head off of and stuck in a corner somewhere, slapped a head on it for me, and hooked me up with a setup double my budget for less than I had expected to spend. To top it all off, 2 days later it’s on my porch.

These guys are the real deal!! Can’t wait to put it to use in Co in just a few weeks!

Those guys rock. I've purchased a tripod setup and two binos from them. They've given me great deals and get out the door right away.

Glad it worked for you. I'm probably an exception, but my last 2 experiences with them were less than stellar. Never got an email confirmation of my purchase or an order number. Then, never got an email with shipping info/tracking number. Took several calls and I will say when I got through to Doug, he promptly rectified it.

Agree on no email order confirmation but for shipping they do send that… It’s an autogenerated email from UPS that probably went into your spam folder.

Not what most are used to now a days but everything I’ve ever ordered showed up with zero issues.

Yeah I did have to call to get an order confirmation. I got the shipping information tho. All went smooth, just a little old school. But for the price I can handle old school.
