I need to upgrade my caliper for reloading. What’s some good products out there you reloaders are using? Dial or digital?

There are lots but if you want precision, go with the Mitutoyo AOS Absolute Scale Digital Caliper. They are about $118.43 on Amazon right now. By far the best set of calipers I have ever used. Total confidence in them.

The problem with cheaper dial calipers and plastic Chinese made ones are that they do not hold a zero very well, which means you are often reseting zero. Some of the higher quality dials are good, but they are not as fast to use.

I have had the same pair of Brown & Sharpe dial calipers for over twenty years. They are accurate and apparently durable. I think I bought them used from a machinist for a little over $100. I understand the better Mitutoyo are about as good.

I keep a mitutoyo dial and a digital set on hand. The digital set gets used with attachments for measuring shoulder bump, BTO, etc. Dial gets used for everything else.
