California DFW 901 Form

Any hunters on here from CA ever fill out a DFW 901 form when bringing back their kill from another state? Never knew this was a thing until i was reading the CA rules on transporting game from NM to CA. Oops! So do any of you do this? Or is it more of a "what mama don't know won't hurt her" kind of thing? Thanks

Now that it's available to be completed online, I make sure to complete it just to prevent issues at the border check stations. When it was a paper form and required you to stop at the border check station, I may have forgot to do it a few times.
