Cadex r7 carbon or Alpine

Hello all. First post. Looking at a new hunting rifle. Need some help. Looking at a Cadex r7 carbon. In 338 Lapua or a Alamo alpine. Cadex is giving me a great deal 3500 cnd dollars . Just wondering your opinions. Is there any other custom or semi customs I should look at in that $ 3500 range. Thanks. Jim
