Interested in buying a BLR, especially in .300 Win Mag or even .300 WSM

Not looking for a takedown model and would prefer a stainless model

Would rather a pistol grip version but not a deal breaker

I also have a .338 Win Mag Ruger mk2 stainless in a zytel boat paddle stock I would be willing to trade with if interested

Keep an eye on gunbroker. I check on BLR's from time to time and the wsm shows up once and a while.
But I love that action. Good luck.

I just tore down my wsm i think I found a way to free float the barrel. As long as I dont destroy the receiver in the process it WILL be the perfect do it all rifle.

I’m looking to shorten up my kit a bit hunting the Beartooths

Figured I go to a Lever gun and feel like I could sling rounds quicker in case of a Grizz incident. Don’t feel like I can in extremis shoot my .454 Alaskan. Drop the bolt gun and big ass revolver for one lever action

But I didn’t want a true lever gun cartridge so I could still shoot a good distance. BLR popped up on the radar

If you end up finding out, reach out to Neil Jones (I can get you his email). One of the ONLY guys in the country that can work on BLR triggers and he does an incredible job. Brought my BLR to a nice 3# pull weight.

I would love email

The search is officially over for a BLR

out of the blue some old timer from Colorado got my number somehow and offered his .300 win mag up

Bought it today, can’t wait

I would also like to get that email

I spoke to Neil on the phone somewhat recently. Googled his number if not mistaken.

How about some pics of the BLR when you get your hands on it!

Not to highjack your thread, but since several people are asking lol.

Neil's email is [email protected]
It cost me 130 plus shipping to have mine done back in February and he worked magic on that trigger compared to the like 7-9# they come from factory.

https://neiljonescustomproducts.com/ is his website and they may have a contact us page on there.

Took like 2 weeks or so

I just put my BLR on the trigger scale this is an average over 10 pulls. Trigger just about feels like a 2 stage, super smooth first stage with very little weight, and then a nice crisp wall and break. Its no TT diamond, but I had sold the first BLR i had in 22-250 because I hated the trigger so much. This .308 was better, but it was still 7-9 pounds and not very smooth when I got it.
