Broken Bushnells

I've got a set of Bushnell binocs that have a bunged up eye cup and a missing eye cup. What is the best way to have them repaired?

Good luck. A couple of friends have had bad experiences getting binos repaired by them.
One of them never received his back. The other got his back unrepaired 6 months later.

What price range Bushnells are we talking? I've heard more than a few stories similar to weaver's comments.
