Broke a Rem 770 243 bolt

Any gun smiths willing to weld the bolt arm/handle back on to the bolt?

Had a shell stick and bopped on it a few times, handle popped off. Had a screw and some glue holding it. Gun shoots good, replacement bolts unavailable.

rich, since you're in fla think outside the box. there are a few places by you that do race car fabrication and may be willing to help you. tig welding is the same for anything.

I remembered that we have a welder at work. Not sure if it is tig or not. Be handy if it was.

Otherwise will include race car fab places in my search.
