Bridge Range or ID unit 39 Spring Bear hunt

My buddy and I are planning a last minute out of state spring bear hunt in either Montana’s Bridger range or Idaho’s unit 39. Our trip hunt days are May 18-20. Currently leaning towards Idaho due to the brown bear reports in the Bridger’s. Any great advice would be reciprocated for people trying to hunt deer or elk in CO or flats fish/Osceola turkey hunt in FL
