Brass neck down plate

Guys, several months ago, I was searching YouTube and came across an old video of a guy who built a plate with several different holes in it. He would resize a case down in several steps using a drill press. He could go from say 30 cal to 22 in just a few steps. I recall reading that the gentleman has passed away a long time ago. I cannot for the life of me find that video or any information on it. Does anyone here have any info on it? Thanks, guys,
