So is everyone one else that brought a pack to market, including Dana Gleasons kid. I myself am a knowledgeable pack guy.

Enough to know (good) pack suspensions is a physics and engineering problem.
Like I said, I’m not against it. If it’s good it’s good. We all win when innovation is good.

What do we think the total weight is going to be with the medley of pockets?

In the video, Snyder said the frame is “sub 3 pounds”. Well the k4 is already sub 3 pounds and the k4x frame is supposed to be something like a pound lighter. The k4x bags are also supposed to be something in that order lighter too, for a total savings of over 2 pounds if I recall correctly.

I think it’s going to be tough to compete with that. Time will tell.

Yeah no kidding. The amount of FNG's on this thread that seem to be poo pooing this pack without any real reason to other than its not Exo or whatever is funny. I mean I was going to joke that this will sell just because its Aron. Now I'm like wait a minute you should look and at least be intrigued just because its Aron. Not that anyone needs to buy a new pack of they don't need to but at least be curious. I remember when it used to be noone ever recommended anything on Rokslide that wasn't Kifaru and you know who was THE guy at Kifaru. Shoot I joined Rokslide while researching what Badlands I should buy and I blew that budget out of the water with a DT2. Kurt had just started SG. I don't even rememeber if Exo was even a company. It was a Kifaru vs Kuiu world.

I don't know if they know that's one of the guys they owe to having this forum to even come to. I mean do they even throw their packs off a cliff.....? 😆

I don’t think people are poo pooing it because it isn’t an exo. They’re asking what’s better about this than what exo has on the market currently and is planning to bring to market.

I’m not as seasoned as some folks here, but I bought my first kifaru when the duplex hunter was their flagship frame. I’ve had tactical and duplex light frames with a medley of different bags. I still have a kifaru shape charge that I use for travel and whitetail hunting. To me, and I think most of the market, kiffy lost their spot at the top sometime around the sale, move, and launch of the ark. Today, I think, and many would agree, that EXO makes the best hunting pack on the market. They’re kind of the standard now. If you’re bringing something new to market, you’re going to have to separate yourself from the standard.

"The best" is a laughable idea when it comes to most hunting gear. Fit and features are what should drive those decisions.

More new innovations drive the industry to collectively be better.

I poo poo'd it because the OP said "They posted a brief overview" so I went to their website, their Instagram, and their Facebook and couldn't find anything. But I was offered some sweet jorts.
