I have a pair of Lowa tibets that sat in the closet for a year or so. The sole started delaminating. I saw where Lowa doesn’t do rebuilds anymore. I also saw where a cobbler in Seattle does resoling. Anyone had it done lately? How much does it cost?

We have people ask this question a lot. Normally the cost is relatively low but if the boot has seen better days then invest in a new pair... Meaning: If the shank has a twist, boot is compromised. If the toe box has lost shape and you feel like the boot has shrank, invest in a new boot... Resoling the boot won't solve these issues...

If you have a question shoot me a DM.

I used Dave's for a resole on a pair of Lowas years back and it was affordable and great work done.

That being said is it worth resoling that boot to you or should you move on? How is the fit? If it does not exactly fit your foot then go boot shopping and find yourself boot heaven for your feet.
