Bohning Alpha Vanes

Anyone had a chance to try these vanes out yet? Interested in these but would like some feedback if anyone has any.

I had ordered some last year, when Bohning was showing them in stock, but apparently they weren't.


Have several packs here now, but haven't done anything with them. I think they will make a nice, easy to glue hunting vane. Don't know if I believe they act like a vane with more helical from being stiffer or not, but maybe.

I just switched to them a couple months ago. Solid vane and super quiet. They are really ridged which I look for in a vane. Really accurate down range to 110 yards. I will be running these this hunting season

Are you using 3 fletch? What broadhead?

3 fletch with Sevr’s. I have tested them out to distance with fixed with great arrow flight and same poi.

Been shooting these for a spring league I'm in. Lost 1 yard on my sight tape past 80 (sighted in with Sabre Mini's). Really liking them and will probably use them through this year
