Va is going to hands free while driving 2021 I have never had or used any of these . What are thoughts and opinions on what are some of the best , simplest , easy to use thanks

What type of vehicle do you drive? A good after market stereo with Bluetooth is what I want to in my 2003 Tahoe. Not expensive and don’t get the navigation as they don’t update well. Your phone will do that and it will talk through your speakers

Agree with Browning that having your car audio upgraded to Bluetooth is the most effective option. And that's the way I would go if you spend a lot of time in the car on the phone. A less expensive option is a Bluetooth speaker that clips to your sun visor. Something like the VeoPulse B-Pro is less than $60 on Amazon. There are also a ton of options if you want something that goes in your ear. I have the Plantronics Voyager. It works very well. I just hate having something in my ear. Personal preference though.

The bluetooth stereo is a great option in your vehicle. For me it allows those hands-free calls but I use it more to connect to my phone and play Podcasts and music directly from my phone. Long road trips with hunting podcasts is a game changer to combat boredom.

Agree that an aftermarket head unit would be the best route.

If you are a do it yourselfer, I've always had great luck and support from Crutchfield.
