I’m similar but closer to 190 and opted for Large for both

On their 150 stuff (which I love) I feel it’s sized pretty small. I wear XL in most stuff. 2XL in a few Sitka and kuiu pieces but BO 150 required 3xxl and it’s snug. I’m a little over 6’ 230, and very broad through the shoulders.

Weird. I'm 6'3" 220 and their XL stuff fits me just fine. A little loose after a day or two of wearing it on a hunt even.

I’m a 48 long coat, wear an xlt or xxl top. I ordered the zip base layer and the hooded in xxl. The zip fits fine but the hooded was skin tight. This was last year so sizing may be different.
