Blackbear with a trad bow?

I´m thinking of hunting blackbear with a traditional bow. Have a Toelke Whip 50lb on order, and would like to go hunting with it spring 2014/15 or perhaps fall 2014.

I was in Ontario hunting baited blackbear back in 1997, but this time I´d like to try something totally different!

Seeking an affordable classic spot´n stalk hunt with a trad-bow, preferrably on spring growth.

What is great spots for this kind of hunting on a modest budget?

What outfitter would you recommend?

I have killed 7 with my longbow. Lots of good bear outfitters all over CA. Alberta has a two bear limit which is nice.

I'd look to Montana. I believe they have early archery season that is spot and stalk only but I've been wrong before and haven't look into it that much

Anyone wants to reccomend an outfitter for a trad bow hunt in Canada?
I suppose it is difficult enough to get one, but two is better if it is possible..
