I just wanted to give an atta boy to Black Ovis ( one of the sponsors of this site). I ordered a Sitka Jetsream jacket from them last week. It showed up Monday and the size was too small. I called them and sent it back Wednesday. They said they were out of the Optifade pattern in XL but they would send me a XL in Moss. I called them today to make sure the jacket I sent back showed up at the warehouse. It did but they are out of the Moss in XL now as well. So the gal on the phone called Sitka and found a XL in Moss for me from the Sitka warehouse. She is having it delivered to my house. All of the people I talked to were friendly and willing to help. They resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I am in the market for a new rifle scope and will order it from them because of the way they do business. Black Ovis now has a customer for life.

Purchased a faulty product from them and emailed them regarding the issue. It took them a week and one half to return my email telling me that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to deal with the company that made the product.

First and last time I'll purchase something from them.
