Ok so just in from 9 day hunt and near the end my BHC started to develop a squeak up near the top of the frame.
anyone have any ideas of what it might be of how I can cure it?

thanks

I know of one other guy that had a seek, but his was a bad buckle.

Are you sure its not the hydration hose going through?

If that's not it, give me a call today....had to come out of the woods for a shower:)

I don't have a Bikinin Frame so not sure if this would apply to you, but I had an annoying squeak with my Timberline when I first got it, when it would get damp/wet. I must have a lot of side movement when I walk or something because no others apparently had it. But anyway, it seems that I have solved the problem by smearing a thin layer of scent free chapstick wax on the carbon stays where they go through any of the rubber-type sleeves on the pack. I'm not sure it's rubber (Aron could tell you what it is), but it feels kind of rubbery on the Timberline and apparently gets a little sticky and squeaky against the carbon when wet. No problems last week though after a couple of days of rain and no pack cover.

My G2 Longhunter has a small squeak on the right upper side, near the load lifter, I think. I have not investigated further, but may one day. Really not enough to bother me as it seems to only make a small noise when I am really only walking to get some wear, not on the sneek....

Had that issue with my hydration hose on the BHC Switched back to my insulated hydration hose and cured the problem.

My BT3 developed a squeak, its taken me a couple trips to nail down the source but I got it.
Where the shoulder harness runs under the torso pads there is the section that seems to be a plastic sheet with cordura stitched over it, well the squeak was that cordura rubbing on the plastic sheet. A little silicone spray and it's now perfectly quiet.
