Big Bull Scam?

Yeah I saw that. It's crazy to think how much of a contest hunting has turned into. The "competition" has probably been around since humans have but I think social media has a way of just bringing it out that much more.

I hate social media, all the folks begging/starved for attention any way they can get it. This only solidifies my opinion and it's not likely to get any better in the future. People want praise and they will try to get it any way they can. Sadly, he is not the only one out there doing things just to get attention (in the hunting world).
 
This is why I avoid Facebook.... As I don't know this guy, I do have some experience hunting the high country of Wyoming. I can't place him in the state but that doesn't mean anything. But I do find two flaws which bother me. 1) it is required you where orange in the state of Wyoming, hunting private or public with a rifle. 2) most bulls that are up high in the timber, have dark colored antlers. Now that is most not all. Anyways either way I do believe if he didn't where orange As shown in the video, he gets a ticket. And than the truth will come out for which state he was in.

Just remember nearly every big Red Stag you see lives in or has lived a pen. and a huge amount of Tahr and Chamois I have seen taken by american hunting 'figures'/celebrities are taken high fence or on a helihunt.

People want the trophy with out the hunt, forgetting that the trophy is made by the hunt.

The reason why big heads are respected is they have traditionally meant you have walked further/worked harder to find them. now you just open your wallet and have a new record.
 
I don't know why anyone thinks they can cover up shit on the internet nowadays, this is like the 4th ass hat I've seen get exposed in the last couple years. What a joke.
 
Have you watched the video? This guy should be fined for wearing his stupid ass flat billed hat backwards while hunting. Probably wears a sock beanie on the back of his head when it gets really cold. Maybe Kuiu will start making skinny jeans for this douche.
 
He should also get a stern talking to about the terrible music on the YouTube video. He also looks like the kind of guy with a barbed wire tattoo around his ripped bicep....

No idea who either of them is. Hadn't heard about this story or saw a picture of that bull until it was posted on here. Just saying that the guy that spent all that effort to expose and then repeatedly hound the guy is on no morale high ground either. He lied, big deal, let it go. I couldn't care less about how others hunt and the stories they tell people.
 
Someone had it screen shot on here in one of the threads. I'm way too apathetic to chase it down and I don't get the catalog for some reason :) .
