Thanks NP yeah the best price out there for tent itself is 383$ in the rei bargain cave and that doesn't include the footprint. This is like new condition.

total weight with footprint stakes and everything need is 3lbs 9 ounces. Fantastic 1 man shelter with lots of room for gear in Vestibule. 330$ Im pretty firm at this price point considering its like new and I paid 450$ for this setup. Hit me up.
