I have the fanatic bibs and really like them but it has to be pretty cold
I wear the stratus jacket or fanatic vest with them plus change up base layers

I have the kryptek and they served me well on an elk hunt. Kept me dry and warm in 20 degree weather and 30 MPH winds. If possible, try them on. Sizing was tuff for me.

I've had both. You can't lose either way, but I do like my Kryptek better. Seems to be a bit warmer. It is also waterproof. My fanatic was about like a big sponge after any significant rain (which was to be expected). Although I do miss the pockets on the Sitka.

Agreed on the "sponge" characteristics of the fanatic series, but it's dead quiet. I don't think you could go wrong with either just pick the one you like better. I have the Kryptek bib now and look forward to putting it through the paces this season. The Kryptek seems more weather resistant... But I have no experience yet.

I think the aegis set is the best cold weather clothing available. It shines anytime your exposed the extreme cold for long durations whether dry or wet. Love it.
