Hello! I’ll be hunting Alaska soon and have a question about the best way to tenderize the meat before flying. My entire Alaska trip will be 5 days. If I get a deer the first day, I will have access to a deep freezer and fridge. I’m also bringing a cooler. Obviously I need to freeze the meat before flying... what’s the best way to help tenderize it in that amount of time ?
hang the meat over night in a tree or put it in vacuum bags and into the fridge before freezing the last day?
