Best flip open mittens?

I like flip open mittens when it comes time to shoot. Anyone have any suggestions on flip open mittens that don’t get a huge breeze coming through? Just a tight elastic fit of sorts?

Not sure if these are the best, but I have a pair of Sitka flip open mittens and have no complaints with them. Warm and easy to "deploy."

How is the “draft” that comes in?

I have never noticed any draft. YMMV
As reference I hunt where temps regularly go below 0 and wind can be 30 mph and more. The Sitka mittens aren't as warm as my mushing style arctic mittens, but those are almost impossible to hunt with due to their bulk.

Under armor used to make a pair of flip mittens, I've had mine 10+ years.

Rag wool are great for stand hunting, I keep mine in my pockets with a hand warmer.
