Best action for BDL style hinged floorplate

I'm building a custom 308 for deer hunting. I just finished a 300 WSM for elk and want to build a custom deer rifle. I used a Zermatt TL3 with Hawkins Hunter DBM and just don't care for the magazine on a hunting rifle. Any recommendations for actions and hinged floorplates that work with BDL would be much appreciated.

look at Mack Bros in Sturgis, SD. hard to beat them for $$$. Even if you want spend more for the name... it's hard to justify. their actions are to notch
