Starting to show up again finally
Euro had them?Where? Edit, likes like Mile High and Euro Optic had them but now out of stock.
Brownells had them a few weeks ago, Mile High 2 days ago, Eurooptic yesterday, and Blue Collar had them today.Euro had them?
I've heard that as well. I was under the impression that Berger was doing a production run the entire month of January and they would start shipping in early February.I talked with Bullet Central yesterday, and their rep discussed these impossible bullets with the Berger rep at SHOT show. These handful of places that have had a few for sale "must be cycling inventory at the new year and finding older inventory that has been missed" So a few boxes here and a few boxes there being discovered on the shelves of some of the bigger warehouses. I was inquiring with BC about a backorder for 215s that is still waiting since Feb 8, 2021. Those will be filled when new stock arrives, apparently.
"According to Berger, they are on schedule to ship new production 215s, 140s, 156s, etc in early February? They haven't shipped any new stock this year"
Again, second hand info but hopefully Berger will start pumping this stuff out soon.
I've posted a few forums about the 200.20x's. I have only gotten a few responses about people who have used them and they said they performed the same as 215' - some said slightly better because they hit harder. But beyond that, there is very limited "research" on them out there. I picked up 200 of them awhile back to try.I didnt want to wait so I picked up some 200.20X's. I hope the kill stuff as good as the 215's.
Sample size of one. I shot a small bull elk at 331 yards last season with the 220.20x it only took two shuffle steps backyards and fell over dead. Pretty steep downhill shot. Bullet went in right behind the shoulder. It went in a few inches and then wrecked havoc with no exit hole. Don't have the exact numbers off the top of the head but I think MV is right around 3050 from a 26" 300wm running N570. With 215's so hard to get I picked up 1000 20x's and have been happy so far.I didnt want to wait so I picked up some 200.20X's. I hope the kill stuff as good as the 215's.
