I have a #5 contour fluted Benchmark 7mm wsm 22" 8 twist barrel prefit for any Defiance action.
It's throated for 175 ablrs which also works great with 180/195 Bergers.
I bought it last November and put 150 rounds through it, I'll include the once fired Hornady brass.
The barrel weighs 2lbs 12 oz and measures. .725 at the shoulder, threaded 5/8×24 for suppressor or brake
This is the most accurate barrel I've ever owned, I shot 6 consecutive sub 2.5" 800 Yard groups with the 195's going 2875 fps.
I put a 30 Nosler barrel on my defiance anTi action and planned on using this as a switch barrel setup.
I've now decided to leave the 30 nosler on for my dedicated LR elk rifle, and get an 18" 7 wsm barrel for my suppressed tikka.
I paid almost $1000 with the fluting and chambering.
$750 for the barrel and brass
