What's the difference between the V1 and V2? I picked up one of these (newer sheath style so I'm assuming it's a V2) just before elk season this year and like it a lot.

The grip/ergos is different slightly as well as the sheath. If this one had the Guthook I'd be all over it since that seems rare now.
