I have a never used Benchmade Cleaver, or what we call an ulu in Alaska.
I got to be pretty good with an ulu when we used to flesh our own bear hides when I was guiding years ago. It is really a fast, efficient way when time is valuable. I wish this type of ulu was available back then!
I got this 5 or 6 years ago and have never used it. I have more time than money nowadays so have decided to let it go.
