WTB Barrel action in 22 creed, 700 footprint.

I'm looking for a plug and play barreled action with a 700 footprint in 22 creed. Pretty flexible on barrel length, but looking for a heavier contour threaded in 5/8x24. Bonus points if it has a trigger already. More bonus points if the trigger is flat. Fairly budget minded.
