Back packers- If you had a pack horse available, What would you add?

So we work to get our pack weight down and sometimes we get the opportunity to take some extra stuff.

If you had a pack horse available, what would you add to your gear list?

Let's assume the additional weight capacity of the pack horse is about 60# (after packing all the horse needed stuff).

I'm thinking I'd add

a camp chair
a bug hut
frozen meals in dry ice

what else?

A few ice cold Sam Adam's Boston Lager's would be nice
Maybe an extra sleeping pad to double up on...

One of my little girls. They are not quite up to the task of a backpack trip.I truly think that would be awesome.

If I had a pack horse I'd add about 4 miles to my hike in, a camp chair, ground blind, and a 12 pack.

If I could get the wife to take them back out I would add

a few precooked & frozen meals.
