Baby/Kids Ear Protection

Any suggestions on ear protection for a 10 month old? How about as they get older?

I cant imagine a baby wanting to keep headphones on. Looking for something that offers maximum protection.

Easy answer is small ear muffs, but there might be some better ideas out there or tricks to make it go better.

Also interested in this. We have a 5 month old. Tried the infant ear muffs on the head band. He was not a fan.....I can't imagine there are to many other alternatives though.

Muffs are the easy choice. Ear canals will be small so it will be hard to fit adult sized in ear plugs. Also muffs provide protection for the mastoid bone thus reducing bone conduction of sound.
