Az 23n elk

My brother in law drew the archery rut hunt and i am planning on going down there to call for him. I drew a late hunt in this unit a few years ago and had a awesome hunt. I concentrated my efforts in the Christopher creek area and in the Hells Gate wilderness area and saw some huge bulls even though i ate tag soup. Anybody have any pointers or suggestions for this unit. Can't wait, a week of calling and hopefully packing meat in AZ and two weeks of elk hunting in ID will be my sept. this year.

Probably the best elk hunt (other than the 23N early rifle tag) in the country, congrats! you guys will kill a monster!

Congratulations on the tag. I was just up there glassing off the rim for a bear and the place is loaded with elk.
